Excellent house in the best location in Buenos Aires, just meters from Palermo Soho's gastronomic and commercial hub: Plaza Armenia! The house is located on the first floor, above a commercial plaza full of bars, restaurants, and cafes, steps away from many of the city's most famous fashion stores, in a green setting. On the ground floor, we find a large garden with a barbecue grill and a pool with a full bathroom. Up the stairs, or taking the elevator, you will find a beautiful designer living-dining room and kitchen, with full-length windows, full of light, overlooking a beautiful green space. The house has 5 bedrooms with beds that can be adapted from twin to queen depending on the needs of your group. There are also 3 full bathrooms so your group can enjoy their stay with greater comfort and privacy. Scheduled pool maintenance is performed on Wednesdays; we appreciate your permission to keep it in good condition. Our accommodation is the starting point for an excellent stay in Buenos Aires. Access

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property. For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car.
