This property is located in the border between Villa Crespo and Palermo Hollywood where many bars, restaurants and clubs merge, turning the area in an epicenter for nightlife and joy. This is a perfect location for concerts at Movistar Arena, the newest artist's hub in Buenos Aires.

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
