Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and museums, make Palermo Chico one of the coolest places in the city, where arts, social gatherings and life merge.

Unique duplex in the heart of Palermo Chico.

This unit offers 2 wide bedrooms with single beds that adapt to queen giving our guests flexibility. There is a nice living room with 2 sofa beds and a smart TV, next to the dining room and opened kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the amazing terrace.

The terrace is definitely the best part of the unit, surrounded by large trees. There is a large dining table, an electronic BBQ and a private mini pool.

The unit is accessible by staircase on a first floor.

Notes

We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability. The unit is located on a first floor, accesible by staircase.

Access

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
