Welcome to our beautiful recycled house in Palermo Hollywood. This property is divided into two units on different levels, each with its own kitchen and patio, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. In total, the house can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. They have 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet for your convenience. In addition, it has air conditioning and a built-in laundry room to make you feel at home. The two beautiful terraces are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Buenos Aires sun. The kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook delicious meals and feel right at home. Our property has high speed internet so you can stay connected during your stay. There are 4 additional sofa beds for additional guests, if required. Security is a priority for us, so we have installed a security camera at the entrance of the property. Access

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car.
